How it Works: Getting Started with Austin Infant Care

Consultations are completely free and a no-pressure meet-and-greet. It's a chance to get to know each other as McKenzie doesn't believe in having a salesy approach. 

Consultations will consist of educating you on McKenzie and Austin Infant Care's agency protocol and what makes us different. We will discuss learn about your family, experience, wants, needs, support systems and we will collaborate together on if we are a good fit. You will also learn what a postpartum doula is and how they could support your personal postpartum journey.

Then, you can set up a meeting with the doula that is assigned to you based best fit.

It might even be McKenzie herself!

You can choose to move forward by contacting McKenzie with desired package. Then, you will be sent a contract and an invoice. After this is signed and paid, you are on the books!
